Established in 1914, we began making wine using sake brewing technology, and are now the oldest existing winery in Western Japan. While maintaining our vineyards in Osaka, which was once the best-known wine-producing region in Japan, we are engaged not only in refining wine-making techniques but also in organizing various activities such as winery tours and events. Our wine has been highly lauded, winning awards at wine competitions in Japan, Hong Kong and France.

This wine is fermented in bottles using Osaka Delaware grapes. It goes well not only with the local Osaka specialties takoyaki and okonomiyaki, but also with other Japanese food made with dashi seasoning. We recommend this wine with various Japanese dishes.
All of our company’s vineyards have acquired eco-agricultural product certification from Osaka Prefecture. We employ an eco-friendly wine production process, with recycling-based agricultural practices including grass cultivation and composting of branches and wine dregs. Our “100% Asuka Vintage” series has been highly acclaimed, including winning several awards at wine competitions in Japan.

We use only Chardonnay grapes harvested from our Anagaya vineyard. To maximize the innate potential of the grapes, we are uncompromisingly committed to the processes of skin contact, debourbaging and raw bottling. This is a pleasant wine with a solid body, mineral feel and mild acidity.
Since our establishment, we have been dedicated to cultivating grapes at our own vineyard. All our wines are made from grapes harvested here. This was a highly challenging Muscat Bailey A vintage, but using the Saignee method we were able to bring forth the grape’s fragrance and flavor to the fullest extent. Please enjoy the fresh hints of strawberry and cassis.
We are an urban winery founded in central Osaka City in 2013. In our vineyards in Kashiwara City, we cultivate grapes with a minimum of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, and we are fundamentally committed to a natural winemaking process without added yeast and with zero or negligible SO2. Our ideal is a gentle flavor that warms the body and soul. Adjoining the winery is a popular wine bar with dining, where people casually enjoy our wine with food.

This distinctive orange wine is made by immersing and fermenting Delaware grapes along with the grape skin and seeds. We use kvevri clay pots, traditionally used for making wine in the eastern European nation of Georgia.
We are the successor of Himehiko Winery. Striving to offer fresh, fragrant non-filtered wines, we have produced a delightfully cloudy unrefined wine. We are a small-scale winery, but we are proud of our hardworking, dedicated staff.
